Managing a stock of hazardous products just like you manage files on your computer? It’s almost like that! Our cabinets for flammable products, offering 90 minutes’ fire resistance, with automatic stock management. Why automate your stock management? Manual stock management takes up time and staff resources, often in a way that is not cost-effective. Nearly 30 per cent of stored products exceed their expiry date before being used – a preventable loss. Drawing on our expertise in fire-resistant cabinets compliant with standard EN 14470-1 (105 minutes’ fire resistance), we offer a range of smart cabinets equipped with NFC technology, enabling real-time stock tracking and fully automated inventory management. How does it work? (It’s easy) NFC-connected bases (SCIA35) are installed on the shelves (E35); individually identified RFID sensors (CAPRIA10) are placed beneath each container, which in turn rests on a PVC spill-containment shelf (SE35). Data is transmitted via a data retrieval subscription (ABOSCIA) to a digital interface (ABOLOIA) offering geolocation, lifecycle management and customised reports. Connection is via an RJ45 cable and power supply (CABIA), or via a 4G transmitter (E4GIA) if the network is unavailable. A compliant cabinet Our cabinets are tested and certified in accordance with standards EN 14470-1, EN 1363-1 and FM6050, and comply with Level 2 of standard EN 16121+A1, with signage meeting the requirements of ISO 3864, ISO 7010 and Directive 92/58/EEC.
